FAQs
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
We offer virtual sessions that provide the same effective, evidence-based support as in-person therapy—with added flexibility. Research confirms that online therapy is just as effective, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. By eliminating the need for commuting and waiting rooms, virtual sessions make it easier to prioritize your mental health within a busy schedule. Plus, being in a familiar environment can help you feel more at ease and open during the process. No matter where life takes you, support is always within reach.
What should I do if I am currently in crisis or experiencing an emergency?
Foundations Marriage and Family Therapy is not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a crisis or an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation.
What are your fees?
Therapy sessions with John Alan are 50 minutes and cost $150 for the diagnostic and assessment sessions (typically 1-3 sessions) and $130 for subsequent sessions.
